Who actually provides the services?
kerfi.io is an authorised GoDaddy reseller. The domains, hosting, email and certificates run on GoDaddy’s infrastructure, and your account, billing and renewals are handled through their systems — with our branding on them.
Where does checkout happen?
When you add something to your cart you’re handed over to GoDaddy’s secure checkout to pay. You’ll see the kerfi.io name there. We never see or store your card details.
Can I see prices in my own currency?
You can. Use the currency selector in the header to switch between GBP, USD and PHP — the whole catalogue re-prices, and your choice carries through to checkout so there is no conversion surprise on your statement. Taxes and ICANN fees are added at checkout.
What if I need help?
Support is available around the clock through the help centre, and you can reach us directly using the contact page. For account or billing questions, the GoDaddy Guides team supports kerfi.io customers directly.
Can I move a domain or site I already have?
Yes. Domains can be transferred in, and any remaining registration time is added to your new term. For websites, hosting plans include migration tools.
